Where do I start?

Taking the first step of reaching out can often be the hardest part.  If you are interested in working with me, please click here to schedule a complimentary 10 minute phone consultation.  During that time, we can discuss what is bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of treatment.  We will decide if we would be a good fit for working together, because the most important thing is for you to find a therapist that is most suitable for you and what you are going through.  If we decide that we are a match, we will schedule our first appointment.

Where are you located?

My office is in Westwood and I also offer telehealth services via video or phone.

Where can I park?

There is metered parking on Westwood Blvd, and two hour street parking on the side streets and neighborhoods around the building.

Do you work on a sliding scale?

I have limited spots for whom I can slide my fee. These spots are reserved for those that, due to their financial circumstances, could not otherwise be able to pay the full fee.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance but can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I suggest calling your insurance first and asking if they reimburse for out of network providers.

How does payment work?

Payment for therapy is due at the time of your appointment.  Missed appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours ahead of time are billed in full.  Cash, VenMo or Zelle are accepted forms of payment.

Are you seeing clients in person?

Yes, and I also offer telehealth services.
