My Approach
While humans are incredibly resilient, some of the coping mechanisms we develop throughout our lives may not be serving us anymore. You may find yourself in a series of unhealthy relationships, feeling anxious throughout the day, or just not at the place you want to be in life, and not understanding how you got here.
Our past issues, traumas, and unresolved conflicts inform the way that we behave and react to others. Once we gain a better understanding of ourselves, what we’ve been through, and what triggers us, we make more informed decisions about how we think and behave. This not only makes us feel happier and more fulfilled, but improves our relationships across the board.
I focus on a broad range of clinical issues and specialize in high functioning clients and couples that struggle with anxiety, self-worth, depression, and relational difficulties. I also have an in-depth knowledge of the music and entertainment industry and work with many clients in the arts.
